Exhibition Space
The well Being Clinic, 1 Windmill Road. Headington. Oxford. OX3 7BL has a permanant selling exhibition of my work.
The clinic is open from 9am -1pm and 2pm - 5pm Monday to Friday 9am -1pm on Saturday to view work.
New Prayer Area
A mosaic prayer area has been completed for St Josephs Catholic School in Headley Way Oxford.
The whole school was involved in making a 3m surround for a sculpture of the Holy Family. A selection of pupils were involved in helping with the design and choice of colours.
Ruskin / WEA Community Mosaic Project
A Community Mosaic Project is being run by WEA in conjunction with Ruskin College.
I am tutoring courses from from October 2011 till May 2012 throughout the Headington area to make the large scale mosaic panels for the new Ruskin building in Old Headington. To become involved please contact Emma Carney by email ecarney@wea.org.uk
Marston Northway Family Centre
Adults and children have been busy making a large colouful mosaic of the Marston Northway Logo plus mosaics to create an imaginary garden in bloom all year round!
Repair of Community Mosaic in Blackbird Leys
Work has been started to repair a huge celebratory mosaic that was compleated in 2007 celebrating 50 years of the Blackbird community centre.
Working to the original design using photos, myself and a group of helpers are slowly restoring it to its former glory.
I have moved!
My family and I have relocated to the outskirts of N/E Oxford towards Stanton St. John. I now have a big light and airy studio with country views to work from and hold courses in; with the added bonus of plenty of parking!
Never too old for a mosaic party!
I’m glad to say that more adults are joining in or having their own mosaic parties!
I was very pleased and honoured to host a 70th Birthday Party for a lovely lady in London recently. There were 35 makers ages ranging from 20 something to 75 plus. Great fun was had by all.
